Duties include
General admin and data entry
Processing and logging store paperwork
Generating and processing picking lists
Booking in and filing delivery paperwork
Picking (in the warehouse) and processing customer orders
Liasing with stores and suppliers as required
General office duties including answering the telephone to suppliers/stores
and customers

Skills & Experience
Well organised with good time management skills
Able to assess, plan and prioritise
Self-motivated and efficient
High attention to detail
Good problem solving skills
Good level of literacy and numeracy
Good level of IT skills including word processing, spreadsheets, emails and
database usage

Working Pattern –
The role requires full time hours worked across five days a week (Monday to
Saturday) based on shifts 6am-3pm or 8.30am-5pm. Candidates will be
required to cover both shifts on a regular basis, and will need to be flexible in
changing shifts if required. Bank holidays are also required to be worked.

Previous experience of an office environment and data entry/stock control
would be advantageous, however training will be given.
Experience/awareness of basic retail and warehousing would also be
beneficial.

A full driving license is also required.
