If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us on email@example.com within 14 days, please state within your enquiry whether you require an exchange or refund. A response will be sent to your within 2-3 working days, a return number will be sent to you along with instructions on how to return your item to us. Our policy states that product(s) being returned must be unused, in a resale-able condition and in its original packaging unless the product is faulty. Please take care when packing the product(s) to be returned as we can not guarantee a full refund will the processed if the item is damaged due to improper packing when shipping.
Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our stores. If returning to store please bring with you a copy of the order confirmation email and proof of payment (Invoice & delivery note received within the original parcel).
Once the item has been received back by us and inspected we will quickly give you a full refund (less the original delivery charge) or exchange the item for you.

Electrical items come with a manufacturers warranty (1+ years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. All electrical refund and exchanges are down to the managers descretion.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CHRISTMAS LIGHTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED AFTER 24TH DECEMBER.
AFTER CHRISTMAS ANY FAULTY ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED RATHER THAN REFUNDED.
UNWANTED ITEMS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Unfortunatly we are unable to give a refund or exchange on any liquids once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. A sample of the item will need to be returned with the proof of purchase so that the liquid can be tested by the manufacturers.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you recieve an incorrect product or the products are damaged please contact us within 2 days of your parcel being in your possession.
Incorrect items, may be exchanged or refunded as long as the item is in a resaleable condition. Once the items have been returned the the address stated below, the correct items will be shipped to you along with a refund of the postage paid to return.
Whilst we do all we can to ensure your products arrive to you in perfect condition, occasionally items can get damaged in transit. If this happens, we will do all we can to quickly resolve the situation.
If you believe that your parcel is not in an acceptable condition when delivered please refuse the parcel and state your reasons to the courier, if this occurs please inform us that this has happened and we will discuss the situation with the courier in question.
If you require a refund or exchange due to the items arriving in a damaged condition once accepted from the courier please send us a photo of the damaged item/s, along with your order number and any other details that may help us. An arrangement will be discussed for the items be returned, once the items have been received by the returns department, a replacement of the goods will be sent out on a next working day service or a refund for the damaged goods will be made.
Please ensure you follow the instructions stated above, failure to do this can result in a delay in the return/refund process.
